What are the charges for the IDBI Bank Gold Debit Card?

There is an annual fee of Rs 500* for the IDBI Bank Gold Debit Card.

Where can I use my IDBI Bank Gold Debit Card? 

ATM and Merchant Establishment usage: - The card can be used to transact at IDBI Bank ATMs. Visa cardholder can also withdraw cash at over 36,000 Visa/ Plus ATMs in India and MasterCard holder can withdraw cash at over 18,000 MasterCard ATMs in India. The Visa debit card can also be used to make purchases at over 4.70 lakh merchant establishment in India and 14 million merchant establishments worldwide. The MasterCard Debit Card can be used at 2.5 lakh merchant establishments in India and 26 million merchant establishments worldwide.

International Validity: - The Gold Debit-cum-ATM Card can also be used abroad to make purchases at merchant locations and withdraw local currency at 10 lakh Visa/Plus ATMs and over 10 lakh MasterCard ATMs.

What if my IDBI Bank Gold Debit Card is lost or stolen?

In case your card is lost or stolen, please inform us on our toll free number 1800 22 6999. We will deactivate your card immediately to prevent any misuse. You are protected against any misuse after you have reported the loss of your card to us.

Are there any charges for using the IDBI Bank Gold Debit Card?

Charges for use at merchant locations
There are no transaction charges for using the card at a Merchant location. There is no surcharge for using the card at petrol pumps. (The surcharge will be reversed from your account by month end). However, at railway stations, charges will be levied as per industry practise.
