On line TPIN generation This facility will be available only for individuals and sole proprietorships with mode of operation as single or any one.The T-PIN generated through Phone Banking will have enquiry access only.
Online T-PIN regeneration will be available for customers having ENQ (Enquiry Mode) access rights only. For customers with Financial access Tpin regeneration, will be done through form submission at branch only, call centre cannot regenerate Tpin for these customers.
Financial services mentioned below will be available to customers having only Financial (FIN) access rights.
Stop payment on cheque Available through IVR. The customer will be able to give stop payment instruction only through the IVR for a single cheque at one time. No charges applicable. Phone Banking Executive does not have access to stop a cheque
Dial a draft (available during office hours) this facility will be available through Phone Banking executive only.
Note: - Customer will be charged draft charges as per schedule of Service Charges. Courier charges will also be applicable. The draft will be delivered to the customer’s mailing address if in case the location is outside Mumbai, draft will be sent to the customer’s home branch. Requests taken before 1 pm will be delivered the same day (within Mumbai limits), after 1 pm, on the next working day. In case the mailing address is outside Mumbai limits, the draft will be delivered the next working day.
The following type of funds transfers will be available through IVR only. a. Transfer between accounts linked to the same customer ID ( Only to Preregistered accounts)
b. Funds transfer to a Pre-registered NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) payee’s account. NEFT payees need to be registered through Internet Banking. Daily limit of Rs. 25,000/- for funds transfers and bill payment (both separate limit of 25000 each) and maximum number of transactions allowed will be 3 per day.
This facility is available through IVR only. (Customer needs to register either through internet banking or by filling up the Bill payment application form. Bills can be paid for MTNL, BSES, Vodafone, Airtel and many more. ) Daily limit of bill payment is 25000 per day.
Open new Fixed Deposit (Available During Office Hours) **
This facility is available through Phone Bankers only. Confirmation of Deposit (COD) will be sent to the mailing address only.
**Note: - For Fund Transfer and Bill Payment, customer has to register the beneficiary through INET Banking . To avail the facility of Stop Payment,Dial-a-draft, Opening of FD , Bill Payment, Fund transfer and other financial requests for your account through Phone Banking, we request you to download the application form for 'Financial Access Form', get it signed by all accountholders and submit the same at your home branch.

Security Phone Banking is totally secure. Only by using your T-PIN (known only to customer), you can access your account. We advise you to change your T-PIN to a number of your choice the first time you use Phone Banking. Also, regularly change your TIN.

MY IVR Services Customers can even customize/prioritize their phone banking menu based on their preferences and their usage of services. Through the option My IVR, this is a unique facility offered through our Phone Banking facility.
