Multiple ways to access your account
At IDBI we feel that you as a customer should be able to access your account anytime of day or night. Hence we open the doors to:
- ATM: You can access your salary account using the ATM, Internet Banking, Phone Banking and Mobile Banking facilities. Our branch doors are always open irrespective of where you have your account.
- Phone/Mobile Banking: Use your Phone Banking login to access your salary account for viewing and transferring money from your account.
- SMS Banking: Mobile Banking enables you to do more on the move. Through this banking channel, simply send an SMS to carry out your banking transaction.
- Internet Banking: Use our Internet Banking facility to carry out your banking transactions at the click of a mouse.
- Account Alerts: This service ensures that you do not have to waste time worrying about average balance requirements, tracking transactions in your account. What’s more is that you don’t even have to contact the Bank for specific queries. The Bank will alert you as and when required.
- Card To Card Money Transfer: Via Card to Card Money Transfer you can now transfer money directly to a specific visa debit or credit card. All you need to know is the specific card number, the rest will be taken care of by us.

- Note:
Salary Account is a special account offered to customers with regular direct salary credits coming into this account. In case, the monthly salary is not credited into the account for more than 3 consecutive months, the special features offered under Salary account shall stand withdrawn and the account shall be treated as Normal Savings Account under our standard charge structure and all charges shall be levied and applied as applicable to normal savings accounts.
