Q1: What if there are invalid login attempts?
A: Your SMS Banking service will be locked if 3 invalid login attempts are made. In such case you have to contact the branch for unlocking the service.

Q2: What if I forget my password?
A:
You can obtain your new password from your branch in case you forget it.

Q3: How do I log out?
A: To log out, click on the 'options' key of your handset and choose ' Log out ' to end the SMS Banking session.

Start-up 0ptions
Log -in: You use your ID and password to log in. Your user ID is your customer ID assigned by the bank.

Change password: Use this option to change your password. For security reasons, you will be requested to change your password after a fixed interval.

Personalised menu (optional): This option is available a one of the choices on your WAP enabled handset, as soon as you log in.
